Dylan Sparks is a cartoonist and barista from San Diego, California currently living in White River Junction, Vermont. They received their MFA in Cartooning from the Center for Cartoon Studies in 2024 and hold a BA in Sociology with a minor in Professional Editing from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Their comics attempt to communicate profound emotional truths and often play with genre as well as limited color palettes. They love researching and lecturing on language and translation in comics as they connect the global comics community.
They love eating dinner with their friends, drinking Baja Blast, KPOP, and their sweet menacing kitten.
